Given that work itself was a bit of a fiasco (the part that was ordered in was defective and then the second time it ended up on back order so ultimately the whole process took like 3 weeks) I thought the quality of service that we got from Marc was great. He was knowledgeable. super nice and kept us updated in a timely manner, which I appreciated.

i have 2013 Honda civic ex. currently a lease vehicle with 55000kms on it. the car hasn't even passed its manufacturing warranty and weird sounds coming from car increased. i did my car maintenance on time and did all A and B type services recommended for civics of that particular models yet when i brake i hear a sharp clutching noise and driving it above 80km/hr and then pressing brakes will shake up your whole steering wheel. whenever i used to report it they would always had been advising for brake servicing even after doing all kind of services and replacing rotors have giving no improvement to existing problem. it might go away at the same time when i take my car from the service centre but then i comes back again. secondly the car has some genuine acceleration problems compared to other civics of same model and characteristics. i genuinely need a proper care and real help from my dealership. hope to hear from you guys soon on this. contact: nosherwantahirkhilji@yahoo.com phone#: +1 204-905-0303

Dylan is not your prototypical car salesman and that's why he's so successful. Whether you are buying your first car or your eleventh like me and my family Dylan treats you with respect. He doesn't try to sell you something that doesn't meet your every need and won't sell you more than you want. I have sent Dylan several buyers and they would all report the same to you. Thanks for the perfect service and making sure we were happy with our new car. And not to forget, making it super easy to trade in our lease - being out of town, with a work and kid schedule, the guys did everything they could to work things around my sch and limit the trips into the dealership.
