problem appointment

I scheduled an appointment since I have experienced a problem with my car. When I went to the service I was told that they cant run diagnostic to my car because it's Saturday and there is no at the service could check it. Even thought I described the problem by phone when scheduled an appointment nobody checked and told me that they can't do it this on Saturday. I drove an hour for nothing and spent my Saturday time as well.

Every year we head to Florida for 4-5 months and count on our Wpg. Honda team to check our Odyssey Van to ensure everything is in order - they always consistently do a great job and we sincerely appreciate this service. I highly recommend this dealership.

Good, except for trying to arrange a shuttle back to the dealership. They said there wasn't a shuttle available until I pushed the issue. When the shuttle came there was only one other passenger.
