Always amazing service and great people! My car is my baby. Similar to my cat but not as hairy. And people know how much I love my cat. So, if I can trust my car to the greatest team around, they must be doing something right. Fast and friendly and my only dealership of choice!!

Waiting too long to have the car fix. Problems after it was fixed. Did not get calls in regards to how the fixing process is going until we had to call to find out. It took longer than a month to have it fixed.

Repair took much longer than suggested due to difficulty removing the original part. Accepted a ride home and back again after some time sitting in the waiting room. Everyone friendly but would have appreciated a quicker resolution of the problem or faster change of plan.

Okay but not the greatest experience

Found the car I wanted, and bought it from Andy. Traded in my mustang. When my new Honda went in for cleaning over the weekend, the window was scratched by machines that clean and they had to replace the whole window. (Management definitely knows what happened). I would be interested to see what else of the vehicle got scratched from the brushes that were supposedly banging on the car according to the cameras in the cleaning area. This caused me an inconvenience in returning to the dealership to get this fixed. I was not happy about that. On the day of window repair I Dropped off the Honda to get the window fixed, I came down to find that the chrome piece above my drivers side window had been scratched (not there previously). The installers had replaced the window from the inside of the door jam which makes sense but the scratch on the chrome piece on the outside above the drivers side window was not there before.Had to schedule another appointment and inconvience myself again to go down and get this second problem fixed. This second issue is getting taken care of on Aug.26th. I found that ever since the vehicle was taken into get cleaned someone was neglectful in taking care of this vehicle that I had just purchased. I was not happy about that. I should get free oil changes or something because of all of these inconviences and not to mention my driving time both ways cause I live 45 minutes away in East St Paul. The overall service Andy provided to me was excellent. He was very informative and helped me a lot. However a bad taste was left in that my vehicle got damaged in the care of shop employees and now I have to spend additional time and gas money to get these things fixed.
