my 2015 CRV was making brake noise from day one a Honda didn't address and correct the problem. you pay $42,000 for a touring model, I've had beater cars that didn't make noise like that....

I was scheduled for a major service but was supposed to also have my car appraised (requested by dealer) as well as some small items on the dash addressed in the interior. I was told the small items would need to be ordered and have not heard back. Appraisal was not included either. Also given car wash coupon to use which I have yet to find it open and its been 5 weeks now. Usually pretty good service in the past.

I have booked an test drive appointment for CR-V with the salesman Andy Chan at last weekend. But we visited Toyota before the appointment and decide to go with the RAV4 Hybrid. But when I tried to notify Andy to cancel the test drive appointment, he tried to scare me away from RAV4 by saying it is an very unsafe car, and the passenger died easily (note: he knew I would be the passenger since it would be my wife's car). He even sent me an link to show how bad the car in crash, which come up just an normal IIHS crash test video. I feel really uncomfortable with his attempts. I think it crosses the line quite a bit. I know you want to win the business, but not in such way. I will never deal with your dealership anymore, thanks.

I described specifically an issue and you failed to find it. My husband had to go back and take a mechanic out to demonstrate the problem. We still haven't heard back from you...........

Purchased a car from Dustin Davie, was a smooth purchase. I went in to get a car on a budget, he warned me of previous accident histories as well as what was not included. At that point I thought I wasn't gonna get a car I really would be happy with, and right then he found my golden nugget. A car with all the features I wanted, but was over my budget. However I couldn't pass on it, it was to good of a car, ended up financing it which also went very smoothly. Would highly recommend the Honda team.
