I took my car in to Saskatoon Motor Products for a new windshield and some service. Not only was it done in a very timely fashion, but they detailed my car for me . It hasn't looked that good since I bought it!!��

From the very first moment that i contacted SMP they were very friendly and helpful. Even when i was just shopping around for a car they tried to help find a car that would suit our needs. Overall the customer service was top notch as we continues to purchase a Vehicle through them. 10/10 would purchase through them again!

This was the best customer service I have ever had in my life! First of all, Jami Allan was super helpful in giving us the information we needed when we were in contact with her before going in. We told her what we were looking for and the budget we were working with and she found us a car that I never thought I'd be able to get! Then when we went in, everyone was very friendly and Jami gave us everything we needed to figure out if this was the car for us. The test drive was a lot of fun and we really liked the car. I had to go back the next day to finish everything up as the banks were already closed by the time we decided to buy the car. Jami came and picked me up from my house and brought me in and Jeff Bowyer was incredibly helpful with all the financing and explaining everything to me. They made sure I was taken care of at SGI and overall, it was just a fantastic experience. For someone buying their first car, I would highly recommend SMP Chev as they make it all run smoothly and help you every step of the way! Stellar customer service!

Very bad customer service at the service department.. a scratch on my car and didn't take the responsibility. Did some touch up and made it even worse. Certainly won't be going back there again

Hi Binu, I am sorry to hear about the issues concerning your vehicle. Our Service Manager, Stacy Harder, reviewed your case closely and was able to determine that nothing made contact with your vehicle while it was in for service, and that the blemish you refer to was preexisting much like the other marks on your vehicle. Because we value you as our customer, and even though the curb bruise you refer to did not occur on our premises, Stacy had offered to have SMP pay for half of the repair. Once you indicated that you did not want to proceed with a standard repair, he offered to have the blemish touched up at no cost to you. Once that was completed, and you indicated that you would rather it look like a regular perfect Body Shop repair, Stacy once again offered the repair to you at half the cost. Once more, you refused this generous offer. Again, I am sorry to know your vehicle has accumulated rock chips, and other blemishes, but it would not be appropriate to repair them only at SMP's expense if they did not happen here.
