Bad experience, long waiting times. Will never take my car back for service.

Hi Supreet, currently we are booking vehicles in on the same day as the request, or at the longest, 24 hours after request. Also, I have had a chance to review your records and I see your last service at SMP was more than one year ago. If there is some error please contact me directly. Otherwise I remind you that this site loses its value to others when not used appropriately to review your recent service visits. I've been driving my 2016 Equinox for a month and a half now and I love it just as much now (if not more) as the day that I brought it home! Ben is a great salesman, and I will definitely be going back to him when it comes time to trade, no doubt about it!

Was interested in a used vehicle they had in stock. When it came time to work on a deal they demanded to check my credit before they would even talk about a deal. I then told the salesman that we would be purchasing on our line of credit rather then a dealership loan. He then proceeded to tell me it was the worst idea ever to do that and that I should defiantly use the dealership loan. The service was decent but unprofessional. They also were unwilling to move on their price of used. I'll purchase from wheaten gm from now on.

Hi Dan - Thanks for letting us know about your concerns. We do offer our customers a chance at being pre-approved to avoid potential disappointment in the finance office. We make sure our customers are aware of all their options, so the salesman you dealt with may have been looking in your best interest when informing you to consider financing, as we could have possibly gotten you a better finance rate than your line of credit. We work hard to be aggressive with our pricing, and sometimes we do let vehicles go below our cost. We are sorry your experience was less than ideal.
