They Stand Behind Their Product

I purchased a used Venza from their used lot approximately 3 weeks ago. I did some research before I went into the lot so I had an idea as to the price I should be expected to pay for the car. I took the car that I wanted for a test drive and was pleased with the overall feel. I agreed to a price and placed my deposit down on the car. The car was ready for pick up two days later. It was cleaned and ready to take home. Inthe next couple of days I had some complications with the electrical, specifically the battery light came on while driving in wet weather. I called the dealership and they told me to bring it in for repair. They gave me a renatl for the day and a half and since I picked it up that day (knock on wood) I haven't had any issues with it. Overall, it was a 4.5 out of the 5 stars. They stand behind their product and take accountability for their work. New alternator (Not rebuilt) and a new battery. Great work guys, I will return in the years to come...

Just wanted to say a special thanks to Jeff Greatrix from Jackson's Toyota. What an awesome experience from walking in the door until I drove off with my new wheels. Everyone I dealt with were amazing, but Jeff is an amazing salesman. I even got free cookies in my car after my purchase. Thanks again Jeff, and Jackson's for such a positive experience. I will certainly be back and will refer friends to your establishment.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience dealing with Jeff at Jacksons Toyota. He and Chris were wonderful to deal with and made the process of ending my lease and going into a new one alot of fun. Everything was explained to me so that I understood the entire process from start to finish. I am thrilled with my new vehicle and even received a very heartfelt gift of homemade cookies from Jeff when I went to pick up my new vehicle. I thought that was a very nice touch! Plus they were the best spice cookies I've ever had! I will definitely be dealing with Jacksons in the future and I trust Jeff will be there to help me with my next vehicle lease as well!
