First Ever TOYOTA

My wife and I recently purchased a RAV4 from Jackson's and what really set this deal apart from other manufacturers that we inquired was Devon, Knowledgeable, courteous, listens and answers all your questions. Extremely happy with our experience and will recommend Devon to any and all that are interested in buying a TOYOTA.

I ordered a new tundra that they didn't have on the lot so I had to wait for it to come in. After three weeks I wondered why no one had called to give me an update, so I called the dealer and found out the salesman I purchased from was no longer there. I must have fallen through the cracks because no one had any idea, then they told me my truck was in, then a few minutes later I get a call saying that was not my truck. Eventrually it was in and again no one called to tell me this so I had to call the dealer. Another 3 weeks and I'm still waiting to get the grill I ordered put on, so I call the dealer again and they said 'oh its sitting here in parts'. No one has called me.... they have my correct phone number too. Terrible customer service.

Erica is amazing! After offering help while we were out on the lot looking she understood we had already just come from another dealership who clearly didn't want our business. She got to know us, our needs, our wants and our would be nice to have. Altering talking to us and showing us some options out in the lot she took us inside for a tour then brought us to her dealer where we began to talk business. She got us done good deals and when we asked for different options she brought us every possible scenario. She found 2 vehicles we loved and we went for a test drive. Her knowledge continued to flow showing us the vehicles. Always asking us if we needed anything. Erica takes care of her clients. We highly recommended her to buy a vehicle from. You will be happy with her service. Keep up the great work Erica. Your an asset to this company and it shows. You knew all about us! We are happy with your service.

Erica Paksa was great to deal with. She helped keep the kids busy well we looked and did the paperwork. She made sure we were in our budget and still got what we were looking for. The car runs great.
