Excellent! Very good service by Rob and all staff. Nothing bad to say. Very satisfied and would defenatly recommend Rob to others looking for a Honda.

My husband Denis and I were treated right from the start with respect no forcing. We were outside looking at the used vehicles when your salesman Jay came over and talked to us about what we were looking for? And because it was raining he invite us in for something warm to drink. JAY let us look at the vechicals inside and informed us about each of the ones we looked at. He sure knew about each of them and what colours were available. We decided we liked the HRV Honda and he even said he had one. That made a difference for us. Jay showed us a booklet on the vechicals all its specs. If one is available and the excellent service Honda offers and the reliability of Honda vechicals. The service plans available so we could enjoy our vechicals longer. How Honda feels about their customers. That they want to keep them. Next we were taken for a test drive and showed us what this vechicals could do, excellent handling in a tight area, great gas milage, a camera for backing up and he let me drive wow this impressed me. After getting back he asked other questions let do you drive a lot or just a little. Then he explained Honda had a service package for our needs. This made us feel respected and would result in protection for our car. We were explained how Honda takes great care of its customers and we bought our car because of this excellent service. TEN OUT OF TEN. Jay then took us to the Denis another excellent man he explained the service package we needed and the car protection for our paint,seats and stone chips and then he explained how if we broke down we could be towed to the nearest Honda dealership wow. We were impressed. This will not only help us but make our car easier to trade or sell in the future. Thank you for these kind and patient men. The service manager was also wonderful about our trade in and the service department explained when our vehicle would need service and how they will arrange this forus. JAY also showed us on our vehicle when service is needed. Thanks for your wonderful staff who know how to treat people. Thank you for our beautiful car. DENIS AND COLLEEN CYRENNE

Jayson was very informative. He made the experience fun and not stressful at all. We were able to purchase the CRV at a reasonable price within a reasonable time. Denis also made the experience pleasant. Ps. Jayson is really knowledgable in regards to the independent suspension.

Lured us with coupons....and wanted to do all kinds of work my mechanic said it did not need. Interesting that they said we need rear brakes when they just replaced them and charged me a crazy fee just a few months ago....done with Paladino Honda...will not return....after conversations at work I might even start a FB page or support group for people ripped off at Paladin Honda...everyone seems to have a story!! I feel like a victim! I have attached copies of the coupons offered and what they ACTUALLY mean and written a letter directly to Honda.
