This place is a joke! Whenever you call service to check up on status you get oh I will have to have them call you back. They don't. Even Kia Canada has to play phone tag with them. Ya I understand you are busy! Well maybe you should get more staff! Then there is my 2012 Kia Optima Sx 2.0L Turbo. Bought the car at 96,000km. Had it in at 99,992 to have a few things fixed under warranty before it was out. They say they do full inspection buy they don't! My motor is now gone in my car ,111,000km and they say its due to the spark plug. Will says they should have been changed at 76,000km. I said to him I bought the car at 96,000 put only 15,000 on the car. I went on and said i just had the car in and well sitting on hold everytime you call in it says we put your cars through a full inspection lol well did you not think to check the plugs? Will says please hold. Comes back and says we need to get your car out of here. Its the plug that wrecked your motor. There is no knocking so not covered under extended warranty. Totally blows me off about my question!! Im sick of fighting with them and Kia Canada. They don't give a crap about there customers at all. Unless you got money. Will's cousin owned my car before me as Will told me when i first came in to have warranty work done and he told me he just had sleeves in turbo done. He loved the car but needed a truck. So why did you not check plugs then as well?? It was in at 73,000km for service with past owner (his cousin). Its in owners manual to change plugs he says. Well?? Why did you not mention this after inspection? So now I have to put out $5000 plus for a new motor? Will says we can help out with install rate lmao. LOOK OUT EVERYONE!! DO YOUR RESEARCH 2011 - 2014 KIA OPTIMA 2.0L TURBO AND 2.4L. MOTOR WILL GO ON YOU WITHOUT ANY SIGN. GOES FOR KIA SPORTAGE AND SORENTO AS WELL!! INFO ALL OVER THE WEB! KIA NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!
