I called Nour already knowing the make and model I wanted (probably taking the best part of his job away from him), but he handled everything extremely professionally and made the rest of the process as easy as it could be. I did run into a couple of small hiccups when dealing with one of the Finance Managers, but Nour and the Sales Manager Atheer outdid themselves to make up for them. These guys care about the buyer's experience and will do everything they can to make sure you leave happy.

So far so good. Bought a new car there couple months ago (It was pleasant experience and we had fun) then the works done at the service center was top notch: They even did not charge us last time because it took 45 minutes to change tires. I would recommend this place and I'll probably hit it again when I'm hunting a new car.

I had issue with rear camera on my Kia Sorento 2014. They booked me for appointment in 2weeks. So I was in first week of dec2016. issue was only with rear cam, but they said it's time for check up, injectors cleaning and other things. So I said OK but my main issue is rear cam. They did work for 6hours. And when I came to pickup they explain that all system has been tested and everything is working fine. We have rest the settings so everything is fine. Billed me $200. Same day when I got home I did try to put vehicle in reverse gear, camera went black again. That shows it is not fixed but they are insisting that it is working fine. Now I have a rear camera that is not working. I would Highly recommend Not to go there. bad service, .....
