Riverside Dodge Chrysler Jeep

I got decent service. Although I had them repair a strut under warrenty. I didn't feel it was repaired properly(grinding popping metal sounds), after bringing it in 2 times the manager said let's go for a drive we can't find the sound. No luck finding the problem that day. I put up with the bad repair for 2 more monthes untill I didn't feel safe any more, after brining it back in and proving it was broken they said it wasn't under warranty anymore.... Like idk about this. They repaired the strut improperly and 3 times I begged to have it looked at more thourouly, once they actually admitted to me it needs to be replaced i had no more warrenty, (38000kms). I've never had a vehicle with this many problems. I immediately sold this nightmare of a vehicle. 3 stars for the dealership 1 star for dodge. I highly highly reccomend everyone stay as far from Chrysler products in general, and if you need suspension work done out of warrenty go to a real shop.

I was very nervous as first time buyer, Riverside Dodge and specifically Taylor Lemecha (sales) and Fern (finance) were patient and very informative when came to details of the vehicle and the financing side with me making the experience very exciting. All my expectations and more were met with the purchase of my new Durango. I greatly appreciated their patience with Me and the outreach after purchase from Taylor Lemecha and Ty Moe congratulating and offering assistance if ever need, I most definately will be recommending Riverside Dodge and staff to others looking for a new or used purchase as the ‘place to go’. I am very impressed with Riverside Dodge!! The environment was warm and welcoming soon as I walked in the building! I will disclose that my sales person was my son Taylor Lemecha but he treated me with full respect as a customer (not just as his mother). I had previously owned a couple Chevs but I was loving the look of the Jeep Cherokee! He found one he thought I would like and yes I absolutely did!! So now it was the finance time!! Angie was super friendly and very efficient! So thank you Taylor & Angie for getting me a vehicle I absolutely love!!
