First time getting work done on my vehicle at Riverside Dodge. Nice and welcoming folks right from the sales people to the service desk. They listened to my concerns and gave me a time that I could be back to pick it up! Everything worked out well and I went away a happy customer. They answered all my questions and we chatted about when I should come back! All in all I was very satisfied. Review by a New customer from La Ronge.

If you do decide to buy a vehicle from them, do not take it in to get repaired or looked at...Better of finding a backyard mechanic. Or bring it to another shop. Iv had problems after problems with the service department, and nothing has changed.

good place to go to get vegicle serviced good customer service but kind of a long wait for vehicle but i recomend it. also didnt get my vehicle fixed at all still have no buttons on my steering , and key wont turn off the power in vehicle. nothing can be done because my warranty runs out soon so now whats a person to do but have to pay to get it fixed .

As a person who who has shopped around over the years and has had the opportunity to drive a very wide spectrum of new vehicles from various dealerships I gotta say Riverside Dodge has really exceeded my expectations. I can tell you this much if your looking for a no pressure atmosphere and knowledgeable staff and beyond amazing customer service I would highly recommend heading over to Riverside Dodge and ask for Montana Palmer. Montana Palmer is a really easy going knowledgeable guy, he takes your preferences and needs that your looking for in regards to a vehicle and really applies them to when making recommendations regarding what vehicle best suits you. He also has a really good attitude and is very efficient at making the process of purchasing a new vehicle really easy and hassle free. The service department was awesome as well, and was really on top of insuring that customer service and workman ship was their top priority.
