My boyfriend Elie and I recently bought a car and we very much appreciated Sam’s and Eli’s client service. They both answered all our questions and make sure we were well taken care of. We would highly recommend this dealership.

Buying our first new vehicle - the 2022 Eclipse Cross GT at the Bank Street Mitsubishi was a smooth, swift, serene experience. Crazy Kudos to Sam Amouna, who was our sales person , he was so amazing that he not only sold the car which is any salesman's primary goal , but he assisted & guided us with so much valuable information & suggestions for us to make a calculated decision to pick the vehicle of our choice, it's suitability to our needs, while also not overshooting our financial preferences. I would call him a "Transparent Teacher" who is very straight forward in his job with the customer's interests at the top of his priorities , So anyone looking for Simple, Efficient, Honest, Old School Salesmanship , look no further than Sam Amouna. Also not to forget Eli who assisted us with getting a deal to our satisfaction and arranged a smooth takeover of our new vehicle , we are loving it and will recommend Sam , Eli and this dealership to anyone. They sold me an outlander as is which is fine but when I asked if anything was wrong they said no only a few rust spots. Bought it went to get it saftied and what do you know gas tank is finished probably why they sold it with an empty tank, but they claim that their mechanic never seen the rusted out gas tank

They sold me an outlander they said was fine only a few rusty spots. When I went for a safety the gas tank is finished leaking right beside my exhaust. What kind of dealership sells a bomb waiting to happen and know they won't help me

Sam was really helpful throughout this whole process. He's professional and honest, which is rare in this business! There were a couple of issues with the car, but Sam made sure that they were resolved. If you're looking for a used car, make sure you talk to Sam.

Dealt with Sam in purchasing a 2022 Outlander GT. The whole experience was smooth and painless. Able to get the vehicle in less than 2 months which was awesome considering the COVID and new car issues. Would totally buy from them again in the future.
