We bought our 2022 RVR a month ago and dealt with Karim. He was very pleasant, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Eli took care of the financing and took the time to fully answer all the questions that were asked. We're quite happy with our new vehicle and will return when we're in the market for a new car.

We were considering to buy a car. In the same regard, my friends- Rajendra Subedi, Dhruba Bhandari, and Nawaraj Subedi, who already have Mitsubishi, suggested me Mitsubishi Eclipse cross. So, I went at 2565 Mitsubishi Bank street showroom and met with the sales professionals Mr. Karim Hamza. He is very nice guy. My wife and me, both are impressed with his dealing. We finalize to buy Eclipse Cross model. The Service Advisor Mr. Danny is also very nice guy. We would like to appreciate their nice dealing with us and wish them for happy professional & personal life ahead.

It was time to get a new vehicle for my wife, and she being a big fan of the brand (owned a Lancer for over 18 years), we went to see the cars at Bank St Mitsubishi. ALEX is a great guy; if you need or want a new car, you want to deal with him; he made us feel at home, was always super transparent about everything, answered all our questions, and made the purchase process a great experience. ELI is the office guy, but not like any other "office guy"; he was helpful and went the extra mile to make this process smooth and stress-free. You both make a great team. I will be back when it's time to get a new vehicle for myself. I wasn't a big fan of the brand (I am now, love the car), but I have always been a big fan of outstanding customer service, which you will find at Bank St Mitsubishi.

I recently bought a car from Bank Street Mitsubishi. The staff were all helpful and professional, especially Kareem in sales. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this dealership to purchase your next vehicle.

I bought a used car through Bank Street Mitsubishi last month. Karim was wonderful and he helped me with the purchase. He was extremely friendly and not too pushy which is refreshing, and made the process as a whole very easy. Shortly after I picked up my car I did notice something that was supposed to have been fixed prior, so I contacted Karim and he made sure it was fixed straight away, and at no charge, so I was quite happy with the customer service. Deducted 1 star because I do think the service department could have done a better job cleaning the car prior to handing it over. It was washed and wiped down, but there were still crumbs in the cup holders and console.
