I had a really good experience buying my car through sales rep Alex Lozano here. He was very friendly, personable and good at communicating with me when the unexpected happened and a delay out of his power occurred around buying my car. He even offered to give me a lesson at programming Carplay later, which I may take him up on! The car was kept beautifully clean out of the rain for me when I picked it up, which I appreciated. And he provided me with some good advice. 5 stars for Alex.

Sam is the best. He was the key in my decision to buy my 2022 Eclipse Cross at Bank Street Mitsubishi. My purchase experience with him and Eli was extremely pleasant and stress-free. Sam's knowledge about the car was impressive and his follow up call 2 days after the purchase to see if I had any further questions about the car inspired even more confidence in this dealership. This is my first Mitsubishi and I love it. Thanks, Sam!

My Salesman Alex Lozano was the best. He was very professional.. He didn’t pressure us, but made us feel comfortable and relaxed. It was a very smooth process. The buying experience at Bank Stree Mitsubishi was extremely pleasant. Eli Farah absolutely loves his job and goes above expectations to ensure his clients are happy. This is the second time we purchased a vehicle and had the pleasure of dealing with Eli. Naseem took his time to explain the features of the new vehicle and how to use important safety features. Karim from Sales was very helpful throughout the car buying process, answered all our questions and was very honest and genuine. Eli also made the financing process a lot smooth compared to my experience at other dealerships.
