It was my first time dealing with Bank street Mitsubishi, i have to say they have exceeded my expectations. The entire process was very smooth, we had Karim from sales who was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped us pick our new car that fits our needs. He had a couple of recommendations and were all awesome. I highly recommend dealing with Karim, from Finance we dealt with Eli who was also very knowledgeable and helpful a0nd gave us an amazing rate and didn’t impact our credit score like other dealerships did before. Finally Mike (manager) is awesome and very helpful as well. Overall experience and satisfaction is great. Highly recommend

Horrible experience my dads set of keys stop working. So we went to Mitsubishi to see if the keys could get fixed. The guy working there told my dad that he has to take the keys and the car in the shop to fix the sensor. And charged my dad $80 dollars. Which would be fine if it got fixed 30 minutes later he brought the car back and the guy told my father that he couldn't fix it. My dad said it was ok but he would like to get a refund since it couldn't get fixed. The worker told my dad he couldn't do that because he still TRIED to fix it. My dad talked to the manager and he also said no. So dont bring your car to Mitsubishi dealer because they will SCAM you.

What a splendid experience it was buying a vehicle at Bank Street Mitsubishi! Karim was just delightful helping me buy the truck I was looking for. If I could I would give it no stars. My partner ordered some parts for my Mirage and they had called HIM to say they were in today. He mentioned he would be there to pick it up BEFORE 5:30pm (the parts department close at 6 pm on Fridays, at least that’s what they say on their website. He gets there at 5:20 pm, walks in and they already off early to ring in the weekend. The employees looked at my boyfriend as if he was crazy, the service department didn’t not leave the ordered parts or even waited for my partner. No courtesy call to see if he was on his way, nothing ! I understand it’s Friday and it’s the weekend but I’m sure you just don’t go ordering parts for a vehicle without the intent on picking them up. That’s just ridiculous. The fact they even ensured him on the initial conversation in regards to them being there until 5:30 pm is super unprofessional and a huge waste of time because by 5:20 pm when he got there, they were long gone. Mind you parts department states in their website they close at 6:00pm. People have jobs too where they could only possibly make it later. My partner LEFT WORK EARLY TO TRY TO PICK THEM UP IN TIME JUST FOR THEM NOT TO BE THERE AS THEY ENSURED HIM THEY WOULD! YOU SEE THE FRUSTRATION ? Terrible!
