I purchased a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander 2022 from BankStreet. I worked with Karim regarding the sales and the financing options until delivery. Karim understands the customer very well and responds very clearly not just with words but acts on his promises. He worked out multiple financing/lease options based on my needs and gave me a fair deal and helped close the sale quickly. He has a drive to be satisfy the customer which is what helped me decide. Once I made up my mind, I met Eli who helped me in the paperwork and delivery of the vehicle in a seamless manner. Thanks to the Bankstreet Mitsubishi team for helping me during the process.

Just purchased our brand new 2021 RVR last week, Karim and Eli were great to work with. They answered all of our questions and made the whole process fast and easy. Very friendly staff, highly recommend them for a smooth car buying experience! Edit September 21 2022: Whoever I just spoke to (a woman) on the phone from your booking department - wow she needs to learn how to speak to customers on the phone, get attitude for asking a simple question. Maybe next time I will book my services at a different dealer.

My experience purchasing a car from Mitsubishi from Bank street was excellent. I worked with Alex and Eli through the entire purchase. They have the best answer to all my questions and helped out as much as they could. I was a little nervous at first because it's my 1st time purchasing a car and I am a 1st time driver. But these two gentleman, Alex and Eli made the car purchase so easy and did the best they can to help me out from step 1 till the end. And even after purchase, Alex still offers a big help anytime. If you are looking for a vehicle with great deals and amazing people to work with, go to Mitsubishi at Bank street Ottawa and look for Alex and Eli. We highly recommend working with them to purchase your next vehicle. 😊😊😊

My wife went to Bank St. Mitsubishi for an oil change today. The last time she went there she had an issue with a grinding type noise coming from the front end on turns, Mitsubishi claimed it was the brakes. I changed the brakes myself (certified mechanic) and the noise was still there. So she's at Bank St. mitsu today and asks them to check the noise again. They once again said brakes... (it isn't by the way), it is from suspension parts flexing on turns (inferior product) She had an issue with a noise from the engine compartment and they said it was a heat shield (probably was) she asked them to remove it but they said 'We can't do that due to the oxygen sensor running through it.. She then asked if it was covered under her very extensive and very expensive extended warranty... nope definitely not, even though the paper work claims nuts and bolts are covered Then the capper,, they tried to sell her a transmission flush, she drives a standard (5 speed) car.... there is no transmission to flush!! Did the guy even actually look at the car or is he just doing what the Bosses want......sell sell sell... Are these guy professionals or are they just clowning around? Oh I forgot to mention that this car is 6 yrs old and has 41000 km on it. These 'professionals' wanted her to change her brakes again even though they are 6 months old and the car has about 1200 km on it since then (Wife works from home now due to covid) So needless to say my wife is done with these guys, she has a free oil change for life package and is willing to go elsewhere and pay for her oil changes. Hopefully this isn't the way the actual owner wants his business run... I didn't want to leave even a single star but unfortunately you can't leave a review without a star. Going back to Toyota now

It has been close to 8-10 years since we purchased a new vehicle and the Bank Street Mitsubishi team made it comfortable and easy. Sam was fantastic to work with. He's patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and isn't interested in bashing other brands. Overall great experience.

Great service from the sales team - specifically Sam, he was a wonderful sales person who kept what I wanted and needed in mind when looking at vehicles. He honestly made the whole experience effortless and stress free. The finance team also provided amazing service and were increadibly helpful! I am so happy with my new RVR!!!
