TL;DR: great experience! Book your appointment with Karim if you want to shop for a vehicle with a friendly, NOT PUSHY, salesman. Eli is friendly and good at explaining things without making you feel dumb. I was shopping for a new SUV after driving my old SUV for the last 10 years. I went to about 7 dealerships around Ottawa on my hunt. Needless to say I met some very horrible and pushy salesmen. They would either not take the time to answer my questions or they would be harassing me to buy their car after I told them I wasn't ready. About to give up, I made one last appointment with Karim at Bank Street Mitsubishi. He was a breath of fresh air. Friendly, patient and informative. He answered all of my questions and gave me great advice. He understood that I was anxious about changing my old vehicle and how important it was for me to feel comfortable and not pressured. He even took the cord from his car to show me how the android auto play worked. Once I decided that I wanted to purchase a vehicle, I met with Eli. He was friendly, funny and nice. He took the time to explain the warranty and financing options. He quoted me a financing rate and then called me to say that he got an even cheaper one after I already agreed to the first one. I felt like that was very honest and like he wanted to get me a great deal. When it came time to pick up my new car Karim spent a lot of time walking me through all the gadgets. He also cleaned my plates before putting them on the new car. And if that wasn't already enough, he personally returned my garage opener that I forgot in my trade in! Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I am so glad I went to Bank Street Mitsubishi.

I highly recommend Bank St Mitsubishi if you're looking for a new, or used, vehicle. They gave me an amazing trade in value on my 2016 Outlander. My sales rep was Karim Hamza who I also highly recommend. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Strongly do not recommend. Beware of dilawri. Always get a second opinion, it'll save you a lot of $. Buyer beware. After 3 years of nothing but problems, I'm going back to Honda. The car is an OK car, but this dealership is absolutely terrible.

Very pleased with our experience with Mitsubishi. Sam and Eli went above and beyond with their positive and friendly service. Sam explained the features of our new car very well, and we are thankful that we had him as our salesman!

I am so delighted with our experience at Mitshubishi, that I wanted to share it😊 My husband and I decided to trade in our vehicles and purchase 2, Yes 2, Eclipse Cross. The amazing team, consist of Karim - Sales, Elyssa - Sales Manager and Eli - Business Manger. We also dealt with Michael Pearson, the General Sales Manager, who was also fantastic and was able to deliver 2 different colour vehicles. We believe, Michael's complete team went above and beyond to assist us in our hassle free purchasing and all should be commended!!!!! Would I reccomend them to anyone? I come at this place regularly for a maintenance and its always been exceptional. Today, I am pleased with my experience with Ahmed Jijan, he is very patient in dealing with us. I love the service he provided, he is knowledgeable and gave us what we need. We purchased the 2020 Mitsubishi RVR with Ahmad and gave us excellent trade in value of our 2015 RVR!! I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Ahmad! And He's not pushy on sales!
