Very happy with my experience here! I worked with Sam and Eli, they went above and beyond, and even accommodated my shift work hours late in the evening a little after closing time. Sam had taken the time to show me all the safety features on my new vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone, they made the whole process very simple, are not over bearing or pushy. And even managed to plate it in Quebec for me, which I was pleasantly surprised during this pandemic border situation.

Very pleased with my experience. Karim was very friendly and helpful answering my questions about the vehicle and Eli was great walking me through my finance options. Even received a follow up from Karim to be sure I was happy with my purchase, first time a sales rep has done that for me. Happy customer!

I stopped in at Bank St Mitsubishi after buying a used Mitsu from a Toronto dealership to ask questions about service, extended warranty, and assistance in pairing my phone with the vehicle. I met with Sam, Eli and Danny. All 3 individuals were down to earth, easy to talk too, didn't hassle me with any pushy sales techniques and answered my questions directly so that I went on with my day. My appointment was speedy and they treated me respect. I will definitely come back to this dealership again!

Today I picked up my new vehicle. I love the service very fast, useful information I received. A very very special thank you to Ahmad Jijan for the great helpful info and service. If it wasn't for Ahmad, I Won't have gottan the car. Overall all staff did the best they could to give us their 100%. Thanks to Eli for such great customer service.
