Sam Amouna completely destroyed any fears of the stereotypical car salesman. He made me feel at ease. He listened to all of my concerns. Like a big brother, his counsel raised good/bad items that I had not considered. In a word, he cares. His motivations are to professionally help you feel assured & comfortable. We could easily have concluded our business early on. But he takes it personally if he has covered all the details of such an important decision. I am in sales. I was impressed very quickly. I had never done business with them before. I strongly recommend you talk with Sam as your first & last pdestination. I know where I will be returning. Bravo Sam !!!

Went in with my friend for a test drive. Was treated very disrespectfully. The salesman we spoke showed no interest at all. Avoid this place at all costs.

Do not buy a used car from them They are friendly but are hungry and would do anything to sell you a car. Make sure you read the numbers on the contract as they are only talking about monthly payement. They did a mistakes and didnt even appologise, wouldnt be too hard for 2000$

I went to bank street Mitsubishi to buy a car, and I have had many troubles with most of the sales representatives there. They all tried to pressure me into buying a certain car or did not give me a lot of information about the cars. Then only one of them actually took the time to help me fund a car and that was Osama Fakhuri. He was very helpful, knowledgable, and had showed me each car and told be about each one. He did not pressure me and told me to take all the time I need. I would highly highly reccomend asking for Osama Fakhuri when you go to bank street Mitsubishi.

Great experience walking into Bank Street Mitsubishi. My salesman Osama was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He didn't pressure me in making a decision on a specific day. He also responded very quickly to me when I did have questions. Super happy with the service overall, and I'm looking forward to speaking with him again once I decide which SUV model suits me best!!
