Had an amazing experience at Bank St Mitsubishi. Hani was a great sales person who answered all the questions we had about the 2020 Outlander. He made sure that we are confident before making our purchase. The whole thing was smooth and we will be returning for our second car in the summer ! :)

We are still in the early stages of buying a vehicle, but the fact that sales person Hani and both managers came out to introduce themselves before they left, deserves a 5 star review for hospitality and great service. Big thumbs up.

Hussein was great! We were late getting to our appointment with him as we were held up at another dealer. He hung around for us and was as pleasant and helpful as could be. Between his wonderful service and a good deal put together by the just as pleasant sales manager, our decision to buy a new RVR thru Bank St Mitsubishi was very easy to make. Their deal was so much better but the sales experience sealed it. They were not pushy or abrasive like the other dealer just to get a deal done. Happy customers!

Spent $3.5k on break/strut/links repairs, sales rep even commented "the car should be good as new" I had to go back and get it fixed because the car was making alot of noise (knocking) when breaking as if it was never fixed, sent it back and they "fixed" it. The car was still making alot of noise when breaking so I waited hoping that the "fix" will eventually be adjusted. Called them back about the noise and got charged additional $500 because they have to "REPLACE" the stabilizer which i thought was already included on the link repair. Got it back thinking it was "fixed". I drove it back home with the same knocking noise as if it was never repaired. DONT EXPECT QUALITY REPAIR ON THIS DEALER. $4k on repairs within 4 months. Update: 04-07-2021 Sent my car to a Local Repair Shop and he Fixed the Knocking Sound. Repairs made by the Dealer may have been Unnecessary. I spent almost 4k on this dealer for Unnecessary repairs. Be very careful when you send your car on this place.
