UPDATE: Nov 18-2020: Email sent as per owner's reply, NO RESPONSE Spoke with Firase, the general sales Manager earlier on Nov 12, he told me he will send me the final numbers within couple of hours. As of today, despite leaving few reminder messages, NO NUMBERS or even a message/call returned. SO MUCH for CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!! Nov 12. 2020: Horrible experience. I am dealing with Dilaweri's for last 20 plus years buying cars from their different dealerships. As a matter of fact my first ever car was Mazda, bought when they were at same location as their Mitsubishi dealership is these days. I have always found them very respectful and honest with their dealings, but seems like the new bread they hired has no concept of honoring the deals or their words, respect or fairness. I started negotiating with them for 2020 PHEV LE, I was going back and forth with their finance person ELI. He send me the screen shot of the numbers with car price all the discount and trade-in. I was negotiating more for my trade-in and was trying to get 1500 more but then we agreed for 1000 more and lower interest rate. When I was going through the numbers I noticed they have added premium in the amount of $2500 in the price (which was not in the numbers for which he has sent me the screenshot of) when I asked what is this he said it is to cover my current car. He previously told me this will be required if I go with Mitsubishi finance for 0 percent interest (He had send me that screen shot too) but will not be required with regular bank financing, so I was going with bank finance. When I showed him his screen shot he came back with the message (on Wednesday) the LEs they have has been sold on weekend when I asked then why since Monday you have been negotiating with me if you do not had the car to sell. No answer and still waiting for his answer. I asked to speak with general sales manager, left him multiple messages and no return call yet. BEWARE: WHEN BUYING CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR NUMBERS AND SEE THEY ARE NOT ADDING FEES IN AFTERMARKET COLUMNS OR OTHERS AND CALL IT GAP PREMIUM (No bank requires this, I already checked the banks). They will add this after you negotiate the deal and will try to hide it. CAREFUL, specially when dealing with their fiance manager ELI!!! I am planing to report this to Better Business Bureau and Mitsubishi Canada As per their message Email sent today Nov 12, 2020 at 12:10pm. LET'S see how long they will take to reply!!

Was in the market for a car and I went to a lot of dealerships, my experience at the Bank Street Mitsubishin was an excellent one. Hani Made my first time car buying experience a very enjoyable one, he took the time to answer my MANY questions, he was very knowledgeable and professional.

I had an amazing experience working with Bank Street Mitsubishi and all the staff that assisted with selecting the right vehicle for me. Hussein was incredibly easy to talk to and I felt like he listened and cared about my concerns and questions. I did not feel like I was being pushed into purchasing something I did not need or want, as well as anything above my budget limit. Eli from finance was also great to work with and helped me feel confident in my purchase. I actually drove from Sudbury to purchase my vehicle from this dealership because of the excellent service I immediately received after one single phone call. Thank you to the entire team!
