Avoid Dilawri Bank Street Mitsubishi. The employees are very deceptive. Buying a new vehicle is supposed to be an exciting experience, but Dilawri completely destroys the vehicle buying experience. They lure you in by negotiating a fair vehicle price with you, and then they will increase the price on you.They increased the agreed final price on me twice in the same vehicle purchase! I was not happy with the first price increase and I advised the general manager but I reluctantly agreed to let it slide. The finance guy then tried to hide a second price increase above the agreed purchase price. When he refused to correct the price on the sales bill to the agreed price, I got up and left. This dealership engages in bad faith negotiations, and they will renege on the agreed upon price. They also provided me a Carfax report that was for another vehicle. I am seriously considering reporting this dealership to both the Competition Bureau and the Used Car Dealers Association of Ontario. Also the finance guy that they force you to meet with is very unprofessional. He became rude and started insulting me when I refused to buy his extended warranty or take a loan from him. They lost my business!

Sylvia and I purchased a 2019 Murano early September. We are extremely pleased with the vehicle. We were shopping on-line as we live 6 hours from Ottawa. Firas made immediate contact by email to address our concerns and we spoke with Hussein by phone and messaging. The team at Bank St Mitsubishi was very informative, low pressure and we are most impressed that they would hold the vehicle until we drove there. Hussain was very , courteous, knowledgeable and we never felt pressured. Also, the dealership's policy of reviewing pricing to ensure vehicles are sold, saved us over $4,000. The General Manager also took the time to meet and chat, which really impressed us . Staff in the garage were very efficient ensuring our vehicle was safe and spotless. We have and will definitely refer friends and family to this dealership in the future. Thank you!!!

I love the car and I’m very thankful Hussein showed me this RVR which I didn’t consider the first time. Great customer service and very knowledgeable team; I definitely get more than I was expecting as Eli helped me get the right warranty coverage, and additional packages. I’m very thankful for their support and follow ups. With a great pleasure I’ll be coming back for the servicing and even future purchases.
