Karim from Sales was very helpful throughout the car buying process, answered all our questions and was very honest and genuine. Eli also made the financing process a lot smooth compared to my experience at other dealerships.

we have recently purchased our first vehicle at Bank St. Mitsubishi and we were wonderfully accommodated by Sam. He has been very helpful from the very first day we met him, answering all our questions even after business hours, providing us with honest and useful information. We also did not feel pressured compared to the other dealerships we've been to in the past. With the ongoing pandemic and nationwide car supply shortage, we were afraid that there would be no vehicle in stock. the staff at Bank St Mitsubishi went above and beyond and allowed us to reserve the car we are planning to purchase to guarantee that it will be available once it is time for us to purchase it. Overall, we are very happy with their service, we are very thankful that we met Sam and we highly recommend their team.

Amazing customer service, everyone there is extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Highly recommend bank street Mitsubishi. Alex, Eli, Karim and Sam were all there to assist in leasing a new car, amd were very knowledgeable about their products ! Thanks again for an amazing experience !

Alex Eli and Sam were terrific. From the moment Alex contacted us until we left with a new RVR their service and attention to customer satisfaction was exemplary. They were knowledgeable and answered all our questions in a timely and understandable manner. Of course they have a great product to sell. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle

I deposited $500, but unfortunately I couldn't buy the vehicle. They never returned the money. I talked to their finance and they committed to call me back, that never happened.
