Tony was great ,But heated seats never worked.

Dissappointed that seats did not work after delivery. Inconvenienced because dealership is too far to run back and forth.

My personal experiance with the Leggat Sales team ( Ian MacDonald ) was exceptional... From the time we met and all the way through the process of buying a new vehicle, his focus was on me the customer, and I so appreciated that. From listening to my wants and needs to his helpful insight and professional maner he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. At no time did I feel pressured to do something outside my comfort zone. I purchased a used car from Leggat Chev Cadillac in Burlington in the month of March. I was treated fairly, received excellent service from kevin in used cars and got a great deal on my vehicle. New winter tires were on it but the weather was turning so I asked for the summer tires to be put on. They found a problem with the 2nd set of tires and replaced them for free before I picked the car up. They set me up with an appointment to get a 2nd key made and register with the manufacturer for warranty after my purchase. I received prompt response to emails and phone calls before & AFTER I paid them. Looking forward to working with this dealership on purchases and service work in the future....it was worth the 40 minute drive for me. Everything is top notch!

Mr. Bill Scott was very helpful, very accommodating with our inquiries and always kept in touch with us to update us on the status on locating the car we liked. He is still keeping in touch with us now that we already have the car which is nice.
