Needed a push to get things done.

Was overall satisfied with my purchase, However one thing bother me was we were looking to pick the car up on the firday. We were told that the car would not be ready in time and we would have to wait till saturday to pick it up. We found out later that it was only because the Sales Rep was off that we would have to wait the extra day. It was only after talking with the manager that we were able to sort things and arrange a different sales rep to release our car to us.

My tire had a slow leak in it so it was explained to me if how it would be covered if it was a manufacture defect ( which was also explained what that meant) or the cost if it wasn't. Turned out it was a nail in my tire which they called me to inform me of that. The cost was extremely reasonable. I have always loved the service I have received every time I have taken my vehicle in.

Came in with a brake concern. Had a brake inspection and brake service done. Everything was explained to me by Andy and Chris Picard. Both were excellent to deal with. Also enjoyed the breakfast, nice touch.
