After ordering a new 2015 Equinox through Larry Martin, when the vehicle arrived Larry was on vacation. This is when you see the strength and co-operation of a dealership. Shawn the Sales Manager called to advise the vehicle had arrived, also there was an additional saving being passed through from GM and when did I want to pickup. A time was set and when I arrived another Shawn in sales greeted me, got me a good cup of coffee and brought me to his office as I needed to sign the revised paperwork. Joann was busy with another customer for a few minutes. She and I reviewed the contract and other options that were available. Shawn was now busy with another customer so Colin took over. He installed the plates, examined the vehicle condition with me, explained all the features and even set up my Bluetooth connection for me. Exceptional!

So far my service experiences have been good. They always take the time to show me why they recommend something be done. I certainly don't have car mechanic training but I do enjoy understanding what my car is all about and where my hard earned money is going when repairs are needed. The cafeteria is a very pleasant place to relax while the service is being done and the odd comp tea or breakfast voucher is always appreciated and enjoyed. No complaints, thank you.

John Royston is a very courteous and professional. John's attention to customer service is obvious. He represents Leggat well.

Visited service for my 2012 Regal to have rear wheel bearing checked out based on the noise coming from the back (had evey reason to believe it was the wheel bearing as I had to have a rear wheel bearing replaced on this car just 90 days ago....so the sound was familiar to me) Was advised that they'd likely start with a wheel rebalance ($90) to see if that was the issue (?). In speaking with advisor later in the day (after tech investigated issue) was advised that rebalancing was needed as well as turning rear brake rotors ($200). Expressed concern that the issue was wheel bearing.....but was told that tech would have discovered this if in fact it was the case. Approved work to resolve issue. A phone call later from advisor (and after $300 in work) was advise that noise persists and that the issue is the wheel bearing (really?? I think I suggested this in the first place!). So now, $300 out of pocket for "needed" work, I am still faced with the original repair and cost. Picked up my car......now have 2 warning lights illuminated (ABS and anti skid..). I now suspect that upon return (only there will not be a return) I will have to pay $150 to run a diagnosis to be told (wait for it) its a wheel bearing....... Additionally......got up to about 20kmh and could clarly hear the hum of the failing bearing.....how a tech confused this sound with a tire out of balance or a rotor needing to be turned is beyond me..... Super frustrating. I do trust their work (reason I did not go to a local garage for something like a wheel bearing) but won't be caught again by these tactics.
