Excellcent Service . When booking an appointment for my truck Steve (service desk) took the time to check if my truck had any Recalls (2) and had the parts ordered so the would be there when l.came in for service.Adam the service technician toke the time to explain to me the issues that l was having with my vehicle.. My bill was even less than what l was quoted when l made my appointment. Debbie at the payment desk was fantastic .Great personality. Tks Barry Will definitely get service done there again.

Service dept replaced passenger air bag through recall, broke my dash and did not clear the service airbag message. When asked to fix it service dept said GM not responsible for damage and it would be at my expense to have the service airbag diagnosed. Not happy or satisfied will not go back to the that dealer and I am in the market for a new truck and I think I will buy a Ford!

We got the oil change done and the glove box was not put back properly after checking the cabin filter. When we got home it fell off and now we have to take it back to get it put back in properly so disappointed such a waste of gas!
