Oil change took too long. Up-sell irritating

Took advantage of a oil change special offer. Had an appointment booked but it still took over two hours. I guess my car was already set, with wheels removed, for up-sell recommended brake work, which I had not requested and refused. People were very pleasant until then but subsequently surly and unfriendly. I will not go back there for services, even for special offers.

Had to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change.

I had booked an appointment online for 10:00 am. I only needed an oil change. Waited 2 hours in the waiting room for the service to be completed. The service rep kept on saying it was very busy that morning. He kept on giving an apology. I know it was not his fault. Someone should of called me to change the appointment time when it was not so busy. I'm retired and I am flexable with the times.

THe service provided for my 2010 Caliber was for an Oil. Lube and Filter. They were very efficient and performed the service expertly and on time. I would recommend the dealership and the service department to anyone.
