Bad customer service

I am very upset with the way Honda has served me. Especially Road Sport Honda, they served very unprofessionally. Being the first time car buyer, I was fed with all types of insurances. In the beginning, right after 1 week of buying the car, there was this noise coming when the AC was turned on, and I went to Showroom, they clearly said, "ohh its not a new car and I should have checked the condition of AC when I bought the car". I bought the car in October, who would turn on AC in OCT. And most recently when I had rust on my front of the car, because I had bought the Rust Proofing, I went to the show room, and just to prove that I have the coverage, I had to meet 6 different people and visited the showroom 5 times. JUST TO PROVE WHAT I HAVE PAID FOR. All this things were really upsetting and it makes me thing whether I should every buy the car from HONDA and esp ROAD SPORT HONDA?

Experience of buying a new vehicle

It was an excited and overwhelming experience we had nevertheless, the service I received by Alan Chen was respectful, patient, and honest with no pressure. However, we had issue with car's back set and not satisfied with our purchase, for that reason, the sales representative helped us and tried his best. Not to forget, the service team did an excellent job as well. It was completely a positively experience.

Salesperson says one thing and delivers another (+ no recourse to effectively appeal)

I am disappointed with the experience I had at Road Sport Honda. To begin with, the car salesperson - Saju - had mentioned that the car would be coming with roof rails. It did not! When I realized this, he mentioned that he had never said this. Trying to seek recourse through the manager or Honda Canada was of no use. As well, the salesperson hurriedly provided what was supposed to be an overview of the car. It left a lot of questions unanswered and for our first purchase at the location, it left a bad taste in the mouth. Furthermore, the manager had committed to giving complementary gifts for the purchase (a case of honda mugs). 3 months on, they have not delivered. It is said that it's the small things that count. In the case of the experience that I had at RoadSport Honda, they were a disappointment in the things that matter i.e. client service, and not keeping commitments. This experience has turned me off completely from Honda, and I now know where I'll not be making my next car purchase.

I thought that having my Honda serviced was going to be expensive and timely, but it was neither. They tended to my Honda right away and didn't charge me an arm and leg. I wouldn't go anywhere else than Road Sport Honda. Love it!!!
