Would like to to take a moment to acknowledge the exemplary service we received today at Wheaton Chevrolet in Regina. Josh Ell and his service team went over and above for my husband, my 6 month old & I today. We found ourselves somewhat stranded on our travels home to Calgary when our truck malfunctioned leaving it in limp mode. They tried their best to get us back on the road but unfortunately the issue is not one that can be easily resolved. Their kindness has not gone unnoticed and I would highly recommend this dealership for all of your future needs.

Props to Patrick at sales and Bobbie in the service department! Patrick made the whole deal easy and comfortable for me from the get go. Bobbie was the nicest gal to deal with. Service was quick and worked around my work schedule.

James West is a TRUE LEGEND, highly recommend him for everyone!!!, he is the most honest and customer caring person in any dealerships I have seen so far. AND I have looked for new cars and doing test drives in various dealerships. Teaming up with Melo Vataga, an amazing finance manager who definitely knows his job professionally and worked out the best purchasing option , the buying experience becomes super smooth. Even though, I live in another city, James made my buying experience beyond excellence. He always gives fair answers and will do best that fits your dream new car. He always responds in 1-5 seconds, I still do not know how James West does it lol. So always in touch if you have questions, not only about the car but he also becomes your friend, such an easy going person. Picked me up from the hotel when I came to Regina to collect my car. James really does it sincerely as being a good person is his personality. He did his best to make sure that every spend penny made me fully satisfied with the purchase. My brand new car arrived with only 10KM in odometer, super super clean and warmed it up, + full tank of fuel when we got into the car. All these are another indication of James' professionalism and attention to details. I can describe my purchasing experience non-stop. Technically after buying from James, you wish you could buy another new car :). James will for sure be the person if I ever gonna buy the next car no matter where I will be. My motor blew up on my old car and I needed a new vehicle immediately. We called and talked to Chad over the phone about a 2021 Equinox we saw online. We were able to negociate over the phone and I bought the car without even seeing it. He stayed late so that my boyfriend could come and have a look all while face timing me so I could see it without being there as I live an hour away. Chad even delivered the car to me since I had no way to get there to pick it up. Chad was easy to work with and the car showed up exactly like it was promised. Would definately buy through Chad and Wheaton Chevrolet again.

Buying a car here was a world class experience! At no point did we feel pressured to extend ourselves past our budget or comfort level and everyone was really patient with our many, likely basic, questions. There were some complications with getting our trade-in to their location and they went above and beyond to make it a stress-free process. Highly recommend!

I travelled 3,800 KMs to buy from this dealership and I couldn't be happier.
