One of my MotoMaster tires on the used Corolla I bought at Palladino Honda 2 years ago, got a bulge in the side wall. (It is other wise a wonderful little car, and the sales process was easy. Kyle had worked hard to find me something I could afford, finance, and enjoy! KUDOS! ) Sadly, (And Palladino should look into fixing this!) this is not covered by the Tire Warranty Program I bought. But Kara urged me to contact Canadian Tire to see if, alternatively, THEY had any warranty. But since I was not the original purchaser, no. Now, I needed to replace BOTH front tires, so as to match the tread, as Canadian Tire no longer had the tire type i had on the car. So armed with a free coffee, I had a choice: 20 minute drive to New Sudbury, and 20 minute drive back after in heavy traffic. Canadian Tire was very busy, so could they even get the job done today? But, could Palladino do it? Palladino offered to put 2 Firestones on, and drive me home to a nice quiet place (I had a headache) while they were doing it. Great ride home! Great pickup back to Palladino's! The price was equal to elsewhere, so I took the deal! Kara took care of all the details, and looked up some other info for me, also. My one complaint is that the green air valve cover on the driver's side seems to have fallen off, but the next day, Kara had one waiting for me. So that was OK, too! She is one of Palladino's best service writers. Job done!

I had a complimentary auto spa as the vehicle was less than clean the last time that work was done. The shuttle was excellent, service staff very cordial and the workmanship was very good.

I asked a lot of questions and I was respectfully answered. Bob Shea is a jewel of a salesperson. I enjoyed his presentation of the new vehicle. Autovin person was personable and very thorough. Melissa kept me informed throughout. She kept her cool and pleasant demeanour. I love my Honda 2016. I wish I had winter mats inside my car; I need them badly, like the ones you have in your courtesy van.. Thank you all. Lucette Schneider

Both my finance manager (Cole Julien), and my sales consultant (Rob Rouleau) were very knowledgeable, co-operative and professional. I have had a pleasant experience with them. Rob made sure that I was aware of all the features had to offer, and explained clearly.

Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. This is my third Honda Civic but my first time dealing with Palladino, but I'm glad I did. So far, wonderful car and great communication with the staff when I have questions. Thanks!

I had asked for a price for the most inexpensive summer tires that Palladino carried as a friend of mine had recently gotten tires from them and said they were the most inexpensive as he had already shopped around. The tire model and price the parts department gave me was not the same as my friend described...each tire was 40 dollars more. The employee assured me it was the cheapest.I contacted my friend to get the model number of the tire he got and when I called back Palladino they had those tires in stock with the price I was expecting. It would have been nice if I didn't have to jump through hoops to get what I asked for in the first place. The staff is very nice in the service department, but it would be nice if I didn't have to leave a voice mail to book an appointment. This is the only car service department I have ever been to where I always need to leave a voice mail to book an appointment

Jason, I am glad the parts dept figured out the tire pricing for you. As far as the booking dept. we are very busy and I am truly sorry we didn't answer when you call, we try hard to answer every call in short order.

Because I don't bring my car in often as I am retired and do not drive my care often, it seems that you are loosing on making money with me so you'll try to find anything to change that will cost a lot. I had a 1998 honda civic when I was working and brought it in regularly as I was travelling for work. They never changed the cabin filter in the 15 years In my 1998 civic but they changed it in my 2012 civic which cost me almost $100. .

Hi Lorraine, Cabin Air Filters were not implemented on the Honda Civic Model until 2001. This would be why we never changed it. The price you were quoted and paid was for your Engine Air Filter and Cabin Air filter.
