I had an oil change, interior detailing and my tires changed. Customer service was better at this, most recent appointment. I am rewards member and pre-booked the shuttle service. I had a very long wait before the shuttle service was available. Which is why I'm giving 3 starts.

We have always had excellent service at Jackson's and the service people are courteous.. There is always cookies, and at lunchtime there is sandwiches.
