Double the price quoted on phone, made me take a shuttle home for a key copy job, ad called m back half way because it was done. The shuttle guy was very nice.

2016 Honda Civic EX Purchase

You can tell Robby is a true Honda enthusiast, his knowledge of the Civic is really impressive and is what ultimately what sold us on the car. We really appreciated him taking the time to show us all of the ins and outs of the new Civic. Robby really went above and beyond for us and plan to see him again when it's time to trade in the CRV. Purchasing our new Civic was an excellent experience. As a Honda family (two Odysseys, one Accord, one motorcycle and even a lawn mower) we knew what to expect as far as Honda quality. Our questions were more about specifications, performance, etc.. Xavier was knowledgeable, personable and helpful. Furthermore, he did not use any of the typical car sales manipulations that we have come to expect. Rather, he answered our questions, treated us with respect and car and ended up selling us a car. The tech person, sales manager and finance manager were all very good. We shopped at all the area Honda dealers, but Xavier was the reason we bought from this dealer. Thank you.

I was treated well. My CRV makes noise on start up. I was told I was added to a list of people that will be contacted regarding a fix. I'm just a little weary of the experience that's all. Any way everything else was fixed and I appreciate that!
