$40 for a air filter and after only 5000 kilometres of use? Your price is far to high. for what should have been the first service after purchase. You are pushing me away from the dealer. Next time I will consider other choices.

Appointment was able to be booked at a time that I requested. Servicing was completed on time and within the time limit that was explained to me prior. Breakdown of charges were not explained. A description of which charges are covered under warranty and which are not covered was not explained.

Graham told us exactly what needed to be done on our car. We were leaving the vehicle and my husband and I were running some errands in our other car. We asked Graham to call when the car was ready and gave him both our cel and landline numbers. We got the call on our cel when the car was done(at the time when he had estimated completion). When we got home we found that he had left a message on our land line. We were impressed with his making sure he got hold of us.

happy with the show room service but when it comes to technical side of explanation of product, would like to have more information provided, without asking at the time of sale. Same with the financial details explanation. Disappointing that CRV, despite being expensive then Civic and Accord has less intelligent features, This is a specific complain form HONDA as a brand that when other companies are investing so much in "in-Car" features, Honda has left CRV incompetent, in the comparison of other same range SUV in same range. Whereas, Honda is doing all good and right things with Civic and accord. If I was aware of or explained all that in-car features before purchase, which i assume were there in this car too, but are not. I could have changed my mind and gone for accord or other brand, which has more "in car" intelligence features. It is unimaginable to think that a car in 2016 at this price point, can not sync with your android mobile apps or despite having 2 big screen can not sync google maps, additionally does not work with Andriod Auto compatibility, is highly disappointing. Will not recommend anyone to buy CRV until car is not made intelligent. Thanks

Managment was really rude. I am never going to honda ever again nor will i recommend anyone. This was my first car from honda winnipeg birchwood but never again.
