Awesome experience with Steve Samonte! He helped me get out of a car I wasn't happy with that I just bought a month ago, and got me into a brand new 2016 Civic! Great customer service and very knowledgeable! Definitely 5 star service and will refer everyone I know!

May 4th service was for oil change. Shortly after picking vehicle up I noticed a strong odor. This odor was intermittent and went on for 2 weeks before I brought it back to Winnipeg Honda. I was told to bring it back the next day but the odor wasn't there. This on/off odor went on for 2 more weeks before I brought it in. Winnipeg Honda looked at immediately & determined upon investigation that fuel or lubricant was mixed in with windshield washer. They flushed the reservoir one and I flushed it 4 more times at home. Winnipeg Honda up to that point is the only one that does service on this vehicle. I can't prove it but since they topped the reservoir that day and the fact I smelled it immediately after I picked the vehicle up, I can only assume this liquid was unintentionally introduced that day at Winnipeg Honda. The assistant manager who helped me was very kind & considerate. However I feel that you have to investigate at your end to see that this doesn't happen again.
