I just recently visited this dealership to upgrade from my small Ford Fiesta to the Honda CR-V. Steve greeted me shortly after I arrived on the lot and immediately pulled up the car facts of the used vehicles I was looking at before I even test drove them. The service I had during the whole process of buying my car was amazing. I've never come across such great service at a dealership before and I will certainly be recommending Winnipeg Honda to all my family and friends.

Was advised that service would take 2 hours, called 4 hours later and it still wasn't complete. Expected better from a dealership that I have always had great service from in the past.

Rushed, hurried service once sale was complete. Difficult to get a hold of following sale as well. Car was sold with rims lacking logos. Am very happy with the vehicle however.

The very first contact to a business like auto-dealer, hotel or restaurant, on phone or in person can decide everything, even to become a customer or not. Looking for a van, I yesterday called Honda. Was interested in a Odyssey. Unfortunately the guy on the line at Honda was not aware or not sufficiently motivated, that he had the chance to aquire a new customer or spoil him. He spoiled it. Lack on information and his kind of talking, easily to be noticed by the sound of his voice, let me stop to think about visiting Honda Winnipeg in person. Later I experienced a completely different representative at a competitor.

Great experience at Winnipeg Honda. Leased my car in 2015, Giovanni Rhodes was my salesman, treated great, went out of his way to pick me up and drive me home from the dealership. Thanks Gio!
