Best service ever! He was super reasonable with pricing and super good communication. The previous dealer I dealt with def sucked compared to Dylan! I recommend him to anyone! Thank you HONDA!

Didn't fix the problem. They did an inspection during this appointment and I was under the impression the appointment was to fix the problem. The problem has already been inspected and an attempt to fix it was made on a previous set of appointments. Now it has been over two weeks since this appointment and I still haven't received feedback from the manager (I escalated this to the manager right after this appointment)

Our first visit to the dealership was very enjoyable and relaxed. All personnel we met were courteous and interested in our needs and providing us with the information we requested and did not use any pressure tactics at all. Will definitely recommend to friends.

My only "complaint" is that when I booked a B/B1 service appointment for the Saturday I was incorrectly informed that the service would only take 2.5 hrs. But upon arrival on Saturday was told that due to having only one technician that service would likely take longer but the woman who checked in my car said she would do her best and I did in fact get the call in 2.5 hrs. Customer service should be aware of this fact however as that could alter someone's plans for that day.
