Right from the beginning VIP! As always treated with respect, attention to detail. Gave us excellent customer service and attention to our needs and wants. Went above and beyond from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we drove off the lot. Every step of the process was flawless and still made above and beyond accommodations. I love my new Civic! The buying experience was quick and easy and painless and the staff were great. The Honda Checkered flag event drew me in because I thought I'd get a solid deal with a payment I'd be happy with. My only gripe is the car continually got more and more expensive as we went along vs advertised pricing and the "deal" I was getting. At the end of it all I got a car I really enjoy for a bloated lease payment I'm not very happy about.

Everything was great, Steve did his job well, but Honda didn't. The speakers problem is still there, just waiting for the update, i hope it will fix it, otherwise i have to get rid of this car at any cost.
