Very Bad attitude. I just want to know if client don`t buy a car then meaning the client waste your time? and you should insult me ? Judge my math?

I am looking to upgrade my Civic and this is where I had originally bought my current one. Looking around at where I want to my buy and fell upon this location in Google which had left a really bad taste in my mouth. I still recall it like it was yesterday, I brought my civic in after purchasing it to get a car starter installed and buy an additional simple key as I did not want the clunky remote key on my key chain if I had the car starter. I got picked up at work at 3:30 by their shuttle driver who got pulled over for doing an illegal turn on our way to the dealership. Once at the dealership, I was told that my vehicle was not quite ready. While waiting, I paid for the key and car starter being told that the key was already with my car. 6:00 comes around (waiting 2 hours) and my car is still not ready and I am told my car is somewhere else and that I need to go there to get my car as their service center is closing. So I get kicked out and pointed to the building. Not impressed at this point. I had to call my baseball team to say I had to miss the game. 6:45, my car is ready, I get in and the key I purchased is not in there but I can't do anything about it right now because their service and sales offices are closed. I call the next day about the key and am treated like a liar and it took me 3 weeks, a call to Honda Canada to get 80% of my money back with many excuses such as it cannot be done over the phone, it cannot be done if the transaction was more than a week ago, machine is not working. All this for something that was about $70 and only for over $50 back. The Honda dealership in Steinbach was way better and make you feel like a customer, worth the trip :)

No Pressure sales. Dustin was great. He found exactly what I wanted. He ended getting me into a year newer in my budget. These guys are upfront from start to finish. They even found some minor flaws on my car and had it all replaced or touched up before I even picked it up. Their focus was on customer service the whole time. Last but not least there was no BA that the other dealership group tried pulling on me before I met Dustin from team Foui. I will be back to buy from them in the future..
