Didn't completely solve my car issues as was told to me it would. I picked up my car and it seized 10 seconds after starting it. My mechanic was great and took a look at it right away. But it wasn't my favourite experience

Car doesn't start

We were told that our CRV that has 6,500 km needs to be driven every day in order to start. If we don't the battery dies and we need to get a boost. Never in all my years have I ever heard this before. Not happy.

Female at the counter seems to be in rush. She charge the money but did not bother explaining anything. On the bill it says free car wash included. I None was offered. I came back from parking lot and asked her about car wash coupon. She gave me one and said well car wash is not working anyways. No apologies offered. .

Dustin listened to my wants, discussed with others and was able to offer me a vehicle that fit my budget, needs and wants. I dealt with more than 6 people throughout the Buying cycle and everyone knew their roles, were friendly and professional. I've purchased quite a few new vehicles over the years and so far this has been one of if not the the best experience. Hopefully the good experience will continue when it comes time to service the vehicle.

A car city driven with only 20000km does not need a cabin filter for $100 I never saw the old one so I think it was never done.
