An appointment was provided mid-week despite a very busy schedule, the work order was ready when I arrived so there was no waiting around, the shuttle gave me a ride to work. Dan called to inform me of the details of the repairs and what additional repairs over and above the service needed to be performed. I agreed, the additional work was completed in a timely manner and the shuttle picked me up as scheduled so I could get on with my day as a sales person who needs my vehicle to provide my customers with a high level of service.

appreciated getting the inspection and service done in a timely manner. Having the alignment adjusted helps as we have needed to do several long highway trips. Nice to have trouble a trouble free driving experience .

Although the situation for needing to buy another car before expected was frustrating, the ordeal of buying another car was painless except for the $$ part. The service was timely and friendly so all is good.

As always the service that Dan provides was excellent . The time it took to service my car was well below the time that was quoted. This alone is why I service my car on a Thursday evening knowing that Dan is working. Again great service.

The thing about dealing with Honda is if there is a problem with the vehicle they will find it and let you know the issue, and then fix it even if that wasn't what you came in for initially.

Rob did the driving so I could take in the amazing dashboard and all the features, smooth ride, Rob new all the information I needed to know, like the gas mileage, cost of new key fobs if Iost both(with me that could happen) he definetly made my decision to buy this car much easier.
