New car Sale

Dave Atkinson in new car sales was very informative about his product. I had a concern about my deal that was very important to me on a SUNDAY night, called his cell ,told him my concern and he went down to the dealership called me while looking at my new car that had just come in the day before and reassured me of my concern and if not for that call I would more than likely would have lost a nights sleep. Mr Atkinson is a dedicated sales person. And will again buy my next car from him. Thanks Paul Toye. 705 3225552

Curtis was friendly, knowledgeabe but not pushy and very accommodating to our wishes.

The staff were helpful and tried to make "car-buying" a comfortable experience. Curtis answered our questions, had good suggestions and was quite professional during our discussions.

The operation of the car was complicated to us. Example would be the hybrid operation, the Bluetooth, operation of heat control. actually quite a bit more. Noel did a good job explaining it to us. After a few weeks we realize we have questions and Noel made it quite clear that we would be welcome to return with questions..

~We were impressed by the friendly greeter at the door, she introduced us to Noel. ~Noel had an engaging personality while helping us determine what Toyota would be best for our needs considering we have dog in cage to transport. ~We were equally impressed by the length of the test drive, in town, highway and back roads..explaining many of the Rav 4's surprising features.Noel made it fun. ~Back in the Dealership we all sat down while Noel explained the nuances of Leasing and Purchasing ...It was in our best interest after learning all the facts that Leasing was the best option for us. ~Tom was amazing walked us through the financing.. ~I worked in a Ford Dealership for five years. Dealing with Jackson's Toyota was a enjoyable and informative experience..I will not hesitate to refer friends and family to Noel..

From my first encounter with Noel last fall he entertained my questions and got me the information needed to make my choice of a vehicle. Although I didn't make a purchase then he continued to contact me and update me with options such as sales promotions. After making my decision he introduced me to other sales people, finance and those in the service department. I was also assisted with questions and their solutions to understanding some of the technical aspects of my new vehical.

My Rav4's front rt blinker didn't work. A wire was disconnected. Phoned and made a date to take it in. I was told I could drop it off so arrived at 7:15 a.m.. I was told by service advisor they weren't open until 7:30. Upon my insistence of dropping it off, he decided to fill out the paperwork. Upon picking it up after work, the blinker still didn't work. I was informed by the same service advisor that it was too late to do anything about it now! As a female, there can be a tendency for service men to deprioritize our time and vehicular needs. Well I have a demanding fulltime job and need my car so I was not leaving without a functional vehicle. Too much finger pointing and I believe there was to be a discussion on better communication on Monday. A gentlemen came to the lovely guest lounge and was very apologetic and I appreciated his sincerity. My hero was Luke, a conscientious young man who was suffering from a sore eye but stayed after everyone else went home to get my car road worthy. Thank you Luke and I hope your eye is improving.

They both were very informative, understood the product, did not pressure us to make a decision and more importantly understood my families needs with regards to a vehicle.
