I brought my car in for a Toyota recall and was told that I needed the rear differential vent replaced and that it would take 1.5 hours. Firstly, I thought that was an excessive amount of time for a simple vent replacement. Secondly, during that 1.5 hour period that I was paying for, the technician (#213) was able to carry out the rear suspension arm repair which was listed as 2.3 hours and charged to Toyota. Jackson's is being paid twice in the same time period!

Hi Frank, As we discussed over the phone this afternnon, we knew you were waiting here for your vehicle so the service advisor had two technicians work on it for you. One did the recall while the other did the vent repair. That cut the time in half so we coud get you on your way quicker.

Always great service at Jackson's Toyota I went for an oil change no appointment and fast service on top of that they reminded me that my first oil change was free because of my car purchase at this location amazing!

Excellent service by email, treated properly by staff. Mike is an excellent adviser who is experienced and called me soon as a diagnosis was made. The price was reasonable and service was made in timely fashion. My 2nd car (older) runs great now I have 2 Toyota's.

I brought the car in because it has been pulling to the left at hight speeds since the winter tires were put on. The mechanic told me that when he took it out for a drive that it was fine. I kept telling him that it was pulling but he didn't listen. I had my husband try it out and he concurred with me, it is pulling.

Not happy with the last oil change. Because the vehicle was not thoroughly checked before leaving the premises. I specifically told the attending personnel to lubricate the rear door and they did NOT do it. This is the second time that this has happened. I also feel the they rush through the oil change. It also is a waste of time for you to ask me to fill out my experience after each visit, because I don't hear anything back from you.

After speaking to Maria, we have made arrangements to have the door checked by a technician in the shop opposed to the express lube. I apologized that her husband thought the oil change was rushed and I explained that the oil change is a 10 minute process on most cars. I asked Maria about not getting a reply previously. I reply to all survey questions or comments given the chance. Not sure why I didn't recieve her letter last time.
