Needed a real pickup to replace my FJ Cruiser to tow my 6500lbs of new RV trailer. Been dealing with Jackson's for over 20 years, Corrola's, FJ Cruiser and Celica = a Toyota Family. Told Eric Bouchard my latest need and within 1 week I was happily ensconsed in my new 2015 Tundra Double Cab complete with running boards. Towing is now a dream with no sway and all the power I need from that 5.7L to haul any hill I run into. Thanks Eric!!

I purchased a 2015 Scion tc. The experience was very stress free. I was never pressured by Chris to make a deal if I wasn't comfortable with things. The car came exactly as ordered. I purchased 2 options after the sale and had Jacksons Toyota install them. They performed the work in a timely fashion and as promised. Appointments were easily made and arranged.

When I went into Toyota on September 2nd I was just looking at what they had to offer in my price range. A few hours later I had purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla Sport. By the end of the day I was driving away with my new vehicle, Insurance, Financing, New plates and an overall excellent experience! Tara and all the Staff were terrific. They all went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with decision that I had made! I would recommend Jackson's Toyota to everyone in need of purchasing a Vehicle.

Be On Alert for Unnecessary Work

If you have a lease with Jackson Toyota and it is coming do in the next 12 months be aware that there service department is being aggressive with unnecessary work that is not required as part of the Toyota maintenance schedule. This has happened to us and my mother in-law who had $1400 of work for a Matrix with 40K on it. The brakes required fixing but the other $600 was taking advantage of an unknowledgeable older women on a fixed income. They use high pressure tactics like I need to know now. There are other customers lined up. This is new to Jackson Toyota. I have been dealing with them for the past 8 years without issues until recently.

In communication with Rob today we clarified the necessity of the brake repairs, the recommended service and the costs associated with them. Rob understands it is necessary to maintain the vehicles but was bothered by the fact that the lease end was coming up and that it was a significant amount of money to have to spend on the cars. We are not trying to take advantage of anyone. We have built our reputation on honest reliable service for our guests. It is our job to keep customers informed of the recommended servicing of their vehicles.

The experience was surprising

I was apprehensive about going to Jackson Toyota as I had my heart set on a Subaru, however upon arrival, the process was relatively seemless. Everything was organized and I didn't wait around waiting to be helped/assisted. My hope is that the customer service I received that day is echoed when I need to bring in my vehicle for regular maintenance.
