I have been to the dealership many times, and each time I have a wonderful experience. The customer lounge is very comfortable and the staff is welcoming. I recently went on a test drive with Tara Tolmie in sales and actually had a lot of fun dealing with her! She was honest and there was no pressure. I will be upgrading to a new Toyota from her and Jacksons very soon!

I have been dealing with dealership for long time, recently been to service for break but usually they do not charge inspection fee if do the service but this time I was charged for inspection fee and Regular service charges. Service is not trust anymore.

I had made an appointment for 11am, I was on time, but was told it would be an hour at least before my car even was looked at. Not sure why appointments are booked if the timing is not adhered to. The shuttle was quick and convienient. The O2 sensor was replaced and an oil change completed. This was my first time to this location and it wasnt until after I paid and left that I read the complete invoice and saw about the loyalty program, this was not explained to me.

Nelson was not involved in the original conversation regarding the warrenty work tobe done on my car. So when I was there on my scheduled appointment, there was a descripency as to what was covered under warrenty and what wasn't. Between Dave (the service manager and Nelson) they made things right. I left a very happy and satisfied customer. Customer service DOES matter.

I found that I was treated as a good customer and an important customer He assured me that everything was done that I asked for and the under part of the car seemed okay. I felt that I was looked after well when I left.

So far I'm happy with the performance of the Venza , however I have reservations on the service . The last time I was in because certain dash board lights came on . You repaired but a week later the same lights are back on . This is an inconvenience because of the distance I must go to repair . I originally purchased snow tires and rims with the idea you would store my wheels . This didn't happen so it cost me to store elsewhere . I would like an explanation on what the points are good for . I'm sure I've missed some kind of explanation . My friend purchased a Venza because of my wife and I and he received floor mats for his car as a bonus . They , the Burnham's , didn't ask for them . Are we doing something wrong .

Hi Ron, As discussed at the dealership today, Toyota Canada did not supply rubber winter floor mats for any vehicle in 2011 model year from factory. It wasn't until 2012 model year that winer floor mats came with the car from factory, and your friend’s 2014 Venza did. Secondly as it was discussed at the dealership today, winter and summer tire storage is available while there is space. Once it's full we can no longer store any more. Seasonally we have room open up in storage and would be happy to make space available to you in the future. After rechecking the car today, it was found that the Oxygen Sensor is throwing off the readings of the Air Fuel Sensor, so we replaced the Air Fuel Sensor first time. We have ordered the necessary sensor for the car. Sorry that the first time around we didn't fix it properly.
