The second something went wrong everyone pushed me away and did not help to try and solve the problem. i bought my first car when i was 20 from toyota, and i will never buy a toyota again because of the lack of customer service. The average person buys a car every 5 years. thats a lot of lost business in the next 50 or so years.

Katrina, We have spoken about the scratches on the paint face to face and over the phone. I even went as far as to get Toyota Canada involved to see if they knew of any isuses with the paint. I even brought the car in to my shop and had my staff buff out as many scratches as we could for no charge. I've done all I can. Some of the scratches are so deep they can't be removed. You kept asking me why your paint was so scratched and I offered my opinion (car wash, roof rack, tree damage) but you didn't agree. I'm sorry that I can not answer your question. Toyota Canada has also agreed it is not a warrantable failure.

I have dealt with Jackson's Toyota for over 30 years and have purchased a number of vehicles from this dealership. I have consistently found the sales staff to be knowledgeable,and accommodating. I always have my vehicles serviced at Jackson's Toyota due to the exceptional quality of service provided, outstanding advice given,attention to detail,and expertise of the service department personal which includes reception, service coordinators, management and especially the technicians. This dealership promotes trust and true customer relationships. I highly recommend Jackson's Toyota to all potential customers whether for purchasing a vehicle or in my opinion,one of the most important aspects of owning a vehicle,having it serviced to ensure safety,reliability and longevity.

Chris Hayden is by far the best sales person i have had the pleasure of dealing with. He always goes above and beyond to meet your price range. you can immediately tell that he really enjoys his job and he loves it. He may be new there but he is by far the most helpful sales person I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a new car go see Chris.
