I have recently gotten my black 2016 Honda Civic EX-L from Winnipeg Honda. I give this dealership a 5 out of 5! Great customer service from start to finish by staff but, Steve Samonte was hands down the most nicest, friendliest, and down to earth dealer they have! Very responsive to messages via phone/e-mails/in person. He was fast paced, knowledgable, and had a good personality. He answered all of my questions (I had a ton) and focused on my needs. He made my entire experience valuable and enjoyable! Would recommend this dealer and dealership to anyone!

Would ave been nice if the gentleman who took the keys for our car would have taken the time to tell us that their quick oil change wasn't so quick. Apparently they had minimum staff doing the oil changes. We would have went somewhere else to get it done. I've never waited so long for a simple oil change!

Started an oil consumption test on my 2008 Honda Accord coupe, with less than 80 000 km on it at the time back in the fall. After doing the test, and burning 0.4 L, then 0.6L, then 1.0L per 1000 km, they said they would submit my results to Honda Canada. After waiting 2 months with no word from Honda Canada, I tried contacting them, leaving multiple voice mails with their warranty manager Cora-Lee for 8 weeks straight with no one getting back to me. Finally went down there for an oil change and I was told that my oil use was "normal" and the results weren't sent to Honda Canada. To be clear, the Toyota Highlander I drove before had 300 k on it and would not use a drop of oil between regular oil changes. No one told me this or got back to me on this issue during all this time. I got more info in 2 minutes phoning Honda Canada directly then dealing with this place. First off, avoid buying 08-09 model accords or anything with the 4 cylinder i-vtec from those years, second don't even bother raising any concerns with extended warranty through this place. At least Birchwood Honda will acknowledge there's a problem with these years of cars. They might be good at servicing, but when it comes to warranty, you'll get burned...Faster than my car burns oil.

I leased a 2016 Honda Civic Touring on May 10, 2016. Steve Samonte was the sales representative that assisted me with making the deal! I compared prices at other dealerships in Manitoba and Winnipeg Honda gave me the best biweekly payment and trade for my used car! I signed the deal at 4pm and was able to pick up my car that evening in immaculate condition. Thanks a lot, Steve!

Stephen Samonte made buying my new 2016 Honda CR-V EX-L the best car buying experience I have had to date! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and took all of my needs into consideration when showing me the different options. Steve asked the right questions to help me find the right vehicle, was confident but not pushy. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed in a situation that can be stressful.
