The Honda team is very professional and presented us all our possibilities, and at that time, we were not considering a brand new car.... I think there is a reason for Dylan to be #1 Honda dealer in Canada. He is simply the best. He has great knowledge about his work and very friendly and above all he is honest. Keep up the great job.

I should have called back on the day this happened. It has been a few months since I was in now. I was getting the airbags replaced on my Honda Element. I went to the service desk to pick up my keys. Unfortunately I don't know what the girl's name was only that she had long light brown hair. I started to say that I had a Honda Element, she cut me off, and said she only needed my last name. I said "Meyer" and then proceeded to spell it, again she cut me off and snapped, "I know how to spell it". She grabbed a work order and keys and tried to give them to me. I said those aren't my keys. She said exasperated, "what did you bring your vehicle in for?" I said "airbags". She then got my keys gave me my paperwork, I then asked her "do I need to sign anything?" She said, "No, you can just go get your vehicle in the lot". Not, "thanks, have a nice day" or anything. I just looked around incredulously, I could not believe the way I was spoken to. Other customers were being served by very polite people. I wondered what I had done wrong and I couldn't think of anything. When I went up to the counter initially, I was pretty happy. I saw the counter was pretty busy, so I didn't interrupt anyone, I just waited until someone was available, and I got this very rude girl. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by asking for my keys.

Time to fix was unacceptable and number of times i had to return was unacceptable. Its still flashing light on dash. Not a good experience
