Bought a brand new 2016 Chevy Equinox from smp through spencer. I just wanna say spencer is the go to guy when you wanna purchase a new or used vehicle. Spencer works hard to get you what you want and he is very quick and accurate in doing so. For the best buying experience I recommend you go see spencer at smp.

Spent some time looking at a Colorado at SMP. Decided to go with a Silverado instead and was offered an unbelievable deal at another dealership. The salesperson proceeded to message me on Facebook, aggravated I didn't buy from him and trying to make me feel guilty that I wasted time he could have spent with his daughter. I went in during regular working hours. That's the way life works, under no circumstances should a customer be guilt-tripped like that. Completely unprofessional.

Overall very good service

The process of looking at the vehicles was very good and Dan was great. The schedule for the documents was a little delayed which put me behind for my appointment out of town and unfortunately the car wasn't fuelled up but overall I had a good experience and love my new car.

We were provided with all the sevices that we requested. All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction and clarified when needed. We were given all options regarding financing, warranty, insurance, etc. The overall experience was more tan satisfactory.
